Keely Barlow
Integrative Counsellor (MBACP)

Finding clarity, safety, and space to grow

Welcome — I’m Keely, an integrative counsellor (MBACP) offering in‑person sessions in Sevenoaks, Kent, and online support for adults across the UK.
Beginning counselling can feel uncertain or overwhelming. You might be navigating difficult emotions, long‑standing patterns, or experiences from the past that still shape how you feel today. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to work through it alone.
My role is to offer a grounded, non‑judgemental space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace — with curiosity, compassion, and support.
How I work

Every person’s story is unique, and so is the way we work together. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from several therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are — emotionally, psychologically, and practically.
People often come to me for support with:

-
Trauma and difficult life experiences
-
Anxiety, overwhelm, and stress
-
Anger and emotional regulation
-
Addiction and compulsive patterns
-
Low self‑esteem and self‑worth
-
Loss, grief, and major transitions
-
Relationship patterns and attachment wounds

Together, we explore both your past and present to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface — and to support you in moving toward a more grounded, connected, and fulfilling life.
The Therapeutic Relationship

A strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapeutic work. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to go deeper, and empowered enough to make the changes you want for yourself.

You don’t have to have the “right words” or a clear goal. You just need to show up — and we’ll take it from there.
